Try to get yourself into bed early enough to get 7 or more hours of sleep. You will feel completely refreshed and less hesitant to hit that morning snooze button!

I’m very big on having a morning playlist for my commute. Find that one song that gives you confidence and puts a smile on your face.
The biggest key to anything is being thankful for waking up in the morning. Wake up, count your blessings, and be thankful for life.
