Output. It’s at the heart of the Peloton experience, whether you’re chasing someone up the leaderboard or pushing to hit a new PR. Output isn’t just a random number. It’s a calculation of the energy you’re generating, using a combination of resistance and cadence, and it’s how you find your personal best. That’s why we’re focusing in on output this March with the Amplify Output Challenge, here to inspire you to go above and beyond your best.
The challenge? Give it your all and hit a total output of 3000 kJ for the month of March. Every cycling, running and bootcamp class you take will add to your monthly output, bringing you one step closer to achieving the challenge goal. The higher the output, the closer you’ll be to reaching your goal. 3000 kj may seem like a big goal, but we promise you don’t need daily Tabata classes at your max effort to hit it–regular workouts and consistent effort will get you there over the course of the month. Both Tread and Cycling classes will count towards the same goal for this challenge, and every effort counts, however you get there.
So, what do you have to do to participate?
- Join the Amplify Output Challenge on your Bike, Tread, or both beginning March 1 (this challenge isn’t yet available on Digital)
- Switch things up with different lengths and types of classes, including plenty of stretching and recovery
- Invite your friends to keep you motivated along the way.
- Watch your total monthly output soar with every class.
Whether it’s a 20-minute fun run or a 45-minute intervals ride, we want you to show up and give it everything you’ve got. We can’t wait to see you at the finish line!
