What Jennifer Jacobs Says About These Classes
What do you love most about teaching this class?
What I love about teaching a HIIT class is that I can help motivate and inspire everyone to push themselves past their perceived limits! A HIIT class will definitely challenge you! I started the concept of doing HIIT at Peloton because I thought it would be a great way to offer efficient yet very effective workouts. Today it’s one of our most popular rides!
What can riders expect from this class?
Riders can expect a fun, intense and high-energy class that is efficient yet extremely effective! They will get an amazing fat burning workout in 30 min or less featuring bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by varying periods of low-intensity active rest. The benefits of HIIT come from its effects post-workout. HIIT has been shown to elevate the metabolism for hours after your workout, essentially turning you into a fat burning machine if done correctly and with adequate intensity.
Why should you take this type of ride?
Because in order to effect change we need to challenge ourselves in ways we never expected. Looking for a challenge to test your limits and unleash your inner strength? Then this type of class is for you!

Why Members Love These Classes
“I love HIIT workouts! They can get pretty intense so just remember, you have to start somewhere. The key to these workouts is that you don’t give up, keep the reps for as long as you can, it’s only for a short amount of time before you rest. Get it girl!” – Christina N. / #2leFIT2quit
“The interval rides are kicking my butt Are they harder? After a year and a half of SoulCycle I’m still in the bottom quarter or every ride. This is no joke and I love it!” Elizabeth A. / #ejoyit
