Where did you grow up and how did you get into fitness?
I grew up in Madison, CT – I’ve been involved in competitive sports my entire life. After college, I spent some time living in Europe working in the fashion modeling world and I started to feel unfulfilled. I eventually found my way into personal training and never looked back.
What do you love most about teaching?
Being a part of other’s progress and achievement. There’s no better feeling than watching someone transform their physical and mental state through consistent training and lifestyle changes.
What excites you the most about joining the Peloton team?
Becoming part of a team that already affects so many people positively and strives every day to extend that reach.
What can Members expect in your classes?
You can expect to be coached in a positive environment with a technical program aimed to elicit a specific training response. You will be challenged while having fun and you will feel accomplished when you are finished.

How do you motivate yourself?
I am a competitive person so adding a splash of competition to my training always helps push me. I also love to move and express myself physically and feel fortunate that I am able to do so every day.
