A Look Back at Peloton in PyeongChang

Thanks for joining us for our four incredible rides from PyeongChang!  We had a great time sharing these special classes with our Members, athletes, and our partners at NBC. Here’s a look back at our time in the heart of the action along with some impressive stats from our Members who took part in this special moment with us.

Four epic rides

We made Peloton history with four rides streamed live from PyeongChang, South Korea. The rides were filmed at the International Broadcast Center in partnership with NBC, and we were lucky to be joined by on-air talent including Natalie Morales, Willie Geist, and Rutledge Wood.

Live from PyeongChang

We loved being able to see firsthand the hard work and dedication of all of the athletes.  We were joined by medalists Joey Cheek and Ato Boldon in our rides, and had a great time cheering on the athletes in curling, skiing and figure skating.

To PyeongChang and back!

Over 68k Members joined us for a PyeongChang ride, and logged 1,167,931 total miles. That’s 85 round trips from New York to Korea!

Congratulations to our Grand Prize winner #rdwood117! They’ll enjoy a trip to NYC, complete with rides at the Peloton studio, tickets to an NBC show taping and a tour of the Top of the Rock.

Also, congratulations to the following 20 members for winning an outfit from the Peloton Boutique.

Here’s what some of our Members had to say about their rides:

“Robin said something during PyeongChang ride #2 that really resonated with me. She said, ‘take a deep breath…you are blessed to be able to do that today.’ Amen, sister.” -Jessica B. / #iSpinToSplurge
