Peloton, you’ve crushed the first three weeks of the Pelothon 2020 challenge. In Week 1 you took one class with each instructor on your team, for Week 2 you took two live classes and during Week 3 you worked out on five different days. Thanks to all your hard work, we’re donating $1 million to our four nonprofit partners in support of hunger relief.

For Week 4 (Monday 8/3-Sunday 8/9), we’re bringing you a special series of live Pelothon 2020 classes, and in order to earn your badge, your challenge is to take any one of them, on demand from your Peloton App (on your phone, tablet or TV), Bike or Tread. You can take any one of the below classes to earn your badge, not just ones with instructors on your Pelothon team.

  • Monday 8/3 @ 7:45pm ET: 10 min Pelothon 2020 Full Body Strength with Chase Tucker

  • Tuesday 8/4 @ 9:00am ET: 30 min Pelothon 2020 Pop Ride with Leanne Hainsby

  • Tuesday 8/4 @ 10:45am ET: 10 min Pelothon 2020 Meditation with Aditi Shah

  • Tuesday 8/4 @ 6:00pm ET: 30 min Pelothon 2020 Yoga Flow with Anna Greenberg

  • Wednesday 8/5 @ 10:30am ET: 20 min Pelothon 2020 Classical Run with Becs Gentry

  • Wednesday 8/5 @ 6:45pm ET: 10 min Pelothon 2020 Arms Toning with Christine D’Ercole

Feel free to go all-in and take more than one of the above classes—but remember you only need to take one in order to earn your badge. Week 4 challenge badges will be awarded by Monday 8/10 at 6:00pm ET.
