Movement is at the heart of the Peloton community. It inspires us, strengthens us and continually keeps us reaching for more. We’ve witnessed the impact fitness can have on our lives, and we want to share that same gift of sweat with others. We’re so excited to team up with Action for Healthy Kids, an organization dedicated to improving children’s health and well-being by bringing together educators, families and communities to transform schools into a place where children learn to lead healthy lives. “We're about changing the culture of school health and how the education system integrates health and well-being to benefit all children and their families,” says Rob Bisceglie, Chief Executive Officer for Action for Healthy Kids. “We want the experience that children have in a learning environment to be one where movement is a natural part of the school day.”

By clipping in and lacing up this holiday season, you’ll be working to make that same impact in a young person’s life. “I was incredibly lucky to be an active kid,” says Peloton cycling instructor Emma Lovewell. “Sports helped introduce me to other kids and I made some of my longest-lasting friendships through movement. I learned a good work ethic, I got involved with the community and I got more connected with myself, mind and body.” Starting on 12/3, new classes will be added to the Move for More collection every day Monday through Thursday. Take three of these classes through 12/19, either live or on-demand, and Peloton will make a $5 donation to AfHK. Additionally, if you participate in any amount fo these classes, you’ll receive a very special badge!

With these 10 to 15 minute classes, a little effort can go a long way: your runs and rides will help spread the joy of movement by increasing access to sports and fitness for young people. Not only will your effort in class contribute to strengthening individual lives, but it will also help collectively build stronger communities in general. “These movement practices help not only to turn inward and have personal growth, but also to create stronger and better communities,” says Peloton yoga instructor Aditi Shah. “Help us come together to bring the power of fitness to young people across America.”

You can find these classes in the “Move for More” collection on the Bike, Tread, or Digital app.
