Fellow Members,

As you know, our Community is at the heart of everything we do at Peloton. With the COVID-19 pandemic evolving every day, we continue to see the effects of this unprecedented health crisis reverberate not only through the world, but also throughout our Member community.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been overwhelmed by the acts of kindness, support and strength taking place. Whether it’s coming together in Robin Arzon’s Together We Ride class with over 100,000 strong on the Leaderboard, or seeing our Members in the healthcare industry supporting on the front lines, we are constantly inspired by the power of our Community, and of each and every one of you.

That’s why we’re introducing two new programs to support this amazing Community that I am proud to be a part of:

  • Providing Relief for our Global Bike & Tread Members: We are pledging $1 million to keep our Bike and Tread Members healthy and connected during these challenging times by covering two months of Membership fees for those in need. We know many people may be facing unexpected financial hardship in the wake of this unprecedented situation. If you are currently facing financial challenges, we want to keep you moving with us on the Leaderboard and encourage you to learn more and apply for consideration.

  • The Comeback for Healthcare Professionals: We want to provide the power of Peloton to those on the front lines. That’s why, this month, we are extending our existing Comeback Program and donating 100 additional Bikes to hospitals and healthcare professionals. Please share stories of the heroes in your community.

We have also decided to pause live production at both our New York and London studios through Thursday, April 30th. In the interim, we will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves. In addition to the thousands of classes across 10 fitness disciplines available on-demand, we’ll continue to add new, pre-recorded content like our recently launched Fit Family Programming and Dance Cardio to continue to bring you the best workouts possible during this time. We are also introducing additional Encore classes to the schedule. These previously recorded classes offer a fresh Leaderboard to recreate a live experience - and you may even see your Instructors joining to retake some of their favorite classes.

We are grateful to be a source of support and community as we continue to navigate these challenging times together. I hope you’ll join me tomorrow at 12PM ET for a very special Encore of Aditi Shah’s 10 minute Gratitude Meditation dedicated to the doctors, nurses, hospital staff and all healthcare heroes in our Community. Let’s show up for those showing up for us.

Together We Go Far,
