From heartfelt and funny in-class moments to can't-miss events and collaborations, this is your insider guide to what's new on Peloton this month.

on the bike

  • Did you miss Sam Yo's 30 min Bon Jovi Ride from October 29? Take Sam's first Artist Series class on demand now!

  • Bike Bootcamp classes are now offered live!

  • November 3: Irène Scholz's 30 min Gute Energie Ride. In Irène's new ride series, prioritize time out mentally and focus on yourself, helping you to increase your performance in the long term.

  • November 4: Erik Jäger's 30 min DFB: Intervals Ride. Peloton is now an official partner of the German Football Association Academy (DFB-Akademie)! Train like an athlete in this challenging ride.

  • November 11: Christine D'Ercole's 30 min Power Zone Ride: Veterans Day. Christine honored the Vets in our community and in her life with this ride.

  • November 9: Tunde Oyeneyin and Alex Toussaint's 30 min Beyoncé Two for One Ride. Get ready to show up and show out for this larger-than-life, two-for-one ride with Alex and Tunde.

  • November 13: Ally Love's 30 min Beyoncé​​ Ride. Join Ally on the Bike to celebrate creativity, passion and excellence in this 30-minute Beyoncé ride.

  • November 17: Hannah Frankson's 30 min Hip Hop Ride. Hannah dedicates this ride and the playlist to her love of all things Atlanta, Georgia.

  • November 20: Leanne Hainsby's 30 min Work It Out Ride. Join Leanne in this new series which is part fitness, part chat amongst friends. Whatever the topic, we’ll always Work It Out!

  • November 22: Jenn Sherman's 45 min Cover to Cover Ride. The first ride in Jenn's new series, she's got you covered with the ultimate covers of genre-spanning hits!

  • November 25: Ben Alldis' 45 min 80s Rock Ride. This playlist is packed full of all the greatest 80s Rock tracks.

  • November 26: Alex Toussaint and Robin Arzon's Turkey Burn Rides. We continued our annual tradition with these rides, celebrating the power of the Peloton community in sweat!

  • November 27: Cody Rigsby's Bring the Heat Bike Bootcamp. Part of Gratitude Week, this cardio & strength session will leave you feeling sweaty and strong.

  • November 1: Becs Gentry's 60 min NYC Marathon Simulation Run. Take this run for emotional stories from Becs about the race's personal significance to her life.

  • November 11: Selena Samuela's 45 min Veterans Day Bootcamp. Selena honored the Vets in our community and in her life with this bootcamp workout.

  • November 14: Jess Sims' 60 min Beyoncé Bootcamp. Unleash your inner athlete. Jess’ Beyoncé Saturday 60 is dedicated to the hustle, hype and shine of the ultimate big-game performer herself.

  • November 27: Becs Gentry's Bring the Heat Run. Part of Gratitude Week, kick off the holiday season with some heart-pounding and sweat-inducing motivation!

strength

  • Did you hear that we have new 45 min strength classes?

  • November 11: Selena Samuela's 20 min Veterans Day Full Body Strength. Selena honored the Vets in our community and in her life with this strength workout.

  • November 12: Robin Arzon's 20 min Beyonc​é​ Full Body Strength. Beyoncé shows her strength on stage, as a mother and as a force for change. Bring your version of strong to this Beyoncé strength class with Robin.

  • November 24: Matt Wilpers' 30 min Strength for Runners. You may be used to 20 min versions of these classes, but Matt taught an extended edition for the first time in our new strength studio.

yoga

  • November 10: Anna Greenberg's 60 min Cultivate Courage season finale. The final installment of Anna's series, in which we explored a journey of fighting our fears and learning crow pose.

  • November 11: Kristin McGee's 20 min Veterans Day Yoga Flow. Kristin honored the Vets in our community and in her life with this yoga flow.

  • November 18: Denis Morton's 30 min Metallica Power Yoga. We bet you've never flowed to Metallica before.

  • November 26: Aditi Shah's 30 min Flow & Let Go. This special Thanksgiving episode is dedicated to cultivating gratitude and the power of the Peloton community.

  • November 27: Kristin McGee's 75 min Bring the Heat Power Yoga. Part of Gratitude Week, this powerful class will help you build strength and break a sweat.

meditation

  • November 10: New 5 min Meditations with Cody Rigsby. Dive into Cody's new Level Up, Sleep and Post Ride classes.

  • November 11: Chelsea Jackson Roberts' 10 min Beyoncé Meditation. Reflect on the traditions, celebrations and impact of the HBCU experience in this Beyoncé meditation with Spelman College alum, Chelsea.

  • November 23-25: Chelsea, Anna and Ross' 10 min Gratitude Meditations. Part of our Gratitude Week lineup, cultivate gratitude in these meditations.

cardio

  • Did you miss the 30 minute HIIT Cardio classes that debuted last month? Catch Adrian Williams' class from October 15 and Rebecca Kennedy's from October 31 for a longer dose of high-intensity interval training.

  • HIIT Cardio Warm Ups. These new 5-10 min classes are designed to elevate your heart rate, increase blood flow and get your body ready for your workout.

  • November 26: Jess Sims (and Alex Toussaint!)'s 30 min Fit Family Live. This first-ever live Fit Family class is perfect for families with kids aged 5+, and includes some special guest appearances.

  • November 27: Adrian Williams' 20 min Bring the Heat HIIT Cardio. Kick off the holiday season with this heart-pounding sweat session!

outdoor

  • November 6: Rebecca Kennedy's 45 min Rock Run. RK drops some gems of wisdom and inspiration in this audio-guided run.

  • November 12: Robin Arzon's 20 min Beyoncé Run. Take a Beyoncé-sized dance party to the open road in Robin’s 20-minute Beyoncé Outdoor run.

  • November 26: Matty's 30 min Turkey Trot and Matt's 45 min Turkey Trot. Take these audio-guided classes anywhere and sweat in the spirit of gratitude. Bring your friends and family along, near or far, for added fun.

stretching

  • Did you catch our first 20 min Full Body Stretch from October 4? Give your body the extra love it deserves in this extended stretch with Rebecca Kennedy that will leave you feeling blissful from head to toe.
