Fitness is the ultimate medium for discovery. As we go deeper into an interval or fight for that extra rep, we learn more about ourselves. The more we intentionally place ourselves in those positions, the more we bring forth that uncovered resilience into the rest of our lives. With newfound perspective, we tend to discover that beliefs we once thought true about our capacity are in fact, fallacies. Mirages of prior judgments that would have us believing we aren’t strong enough, or brave enough, to handle what life sends our way. To that we say: Your courage to discover more about yourself day after day inspires us. Fueled by that singular notion, we’re proud to introduce the first-ever podcast produced by Peloton Studios, Fitness Flipped.

Hosted by Peloton instructor and author Tunde Oyeneyin, we’ll challenge and transform some of our own ideas about health, strength, mental wellness—and maybe even ourselves. Each week this season, we’ll bring you two episodes tied to a central theme—the first, Tunde in conversation with some of the most interesting experts and personalities from the world of fitness and beyond, including Phoebe Robinson, Sterling K. Brown, Allyson Felix, Scout Bassett, Cody Rigsby, Robin Arzón, Emma Lovewell, Desus Nice and more. (Some of whom you might already be very familiar with!) In the second, we hear from one of our fellow Members as they tell the unique story of their Peloton experience and how they relate to the ideas discussed in the episode prior. Through themes including stress, habits, body image and self-expression, together we’ll dive deep into questions such as: What does it really mean to be strong? Does competition actually have anything to do with winning? Is the most important thing about pushing hard actually rest?

On Tuesday, March 8, access the first episode of Fitness Flipped via the Peloton App, under the “Outdoor” category and “Walking” class type filter. (Plus, you’ll get credit for a walking workout on the App—the perfect way to enjoy this content and get your steps in!) You can also find the show anywhere you listen to podcasts, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio and more. New, in-depth episodes will drop every Tuesday on the Peloton App with shorter episodes spotlighting Member stories dropping Fridays, wherever you listen to podcasts. So follow us and Tunde on social media to join the conversation and make sure you don’t miss a beat!
