Welcome to the Peloton Strength Bracket! In the spirit of making picks, we've pitted 8 popular Peloton Strength moves against each other, which you'll find in classes with our strength instructors. Through three rounds, our Members have voted on the undeniable champion of the strength moves: the Single-Leg Deadlift! The SLDL beat out Human-Makers, Hollow Holds and Bicycle Crunches to become champion of the Strength Bracket.
