A letter from Ally Love—
Dear Peloton Family,
I am beyond thrilled to welcome you to Season 3 of Sundays with Love. Over the past couple years, I have come to realize that who we are at our core is rooted in how we live our lives and what we surround ourselves with. So this season, we are getting back to our roots, and embarking on a journey to explore ourselves at the foundation of who we are.
It starts with you!
Starting Sunday, October 17th at 12:00pm ET, and for the subsequent 6 Sundays, we will unite and prioritize ourselves by showing up together, LIVE on the Bike. We will experience riding through welcoming but challenging roads and explore themes that prompt us to reflect and look inward. We will dig deep, breathe deeper, climb an EPIC hill, and push ourselves to become stronger—both physically and mentally.
As we invest in our unique journeys, let’s commit to doing so with power, with patience, and with poise—all of which brings us closer to who we are.
It is often said that one person can change the world. But in order to do that, we have to become our own “one person”.
Sundays with Love is all about becoming better for ourselves and for others around us.
