Sure, you survive one Peloton class every day; maybe you’ve even done two or three–and for that, we salute you! But to get through 200+ rides each day during the Peloton Tour? That requires some serious fuel. That’s why Chobani is joining us on tour–because they share our mission of making health and fitness accessible, successful, and yeah, kind of awesome.

We seized the opportunity to let you test out a whole range of products to fuel your day, whether you’re taking a Chobani® Greek Yogurt drink on the go or sitting down with a cup of Chobani® Greek Yogurt with a hint of flavor for your morning post-workout refuel. The Peloton Tour meets Peloton Members at all stages of their fitness journey, but we all seem to have one thing in common–we want more good stuff and fewer distractions from it. That means more time on the Bike, less time stuck in traffic; more quality food, less of the artificial stuff; and more time as a community, on and off the bike.

Since we want you to take home as many Peloton memories as possible, we asked our partners at Chobani for something to make your at-home workout just as much of a treat as our summer surprises. This recipe, Kale and Spinach Smoothie, made with Chobani® Greek Yogurt, is the perfect way to get a taste of what our tour is all about.

Kale and Spinach Smoothie  

Preparation: 5 mins

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Chobani® Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • ½ cup diced Gala or Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together on high for 15 seconds. Divide into 2 glasses and serve.
